Sunday Synopsis 007

Well hey there! Been long time, eh? I took a little hiatus from blogging these past few weeks, as I've been having writers block... SO. I thought I'd ease my way back into things by doing a Sunday Synopsis post! I hope you like! I'm watching Salaam-e-Ishq as I write this! 

one. Seen. Alif. Fa. Alif. Put the letters together and you get Safa in Arabic! I absolutely LOVE personalized jewellery and this piece is no exception! Although I have a similar piece in 24 kt gold, I needed something for everyday wear. I love the simplicity of the pendant; no charms, colours or funky designs! Plain and simple, just the way I like it! 

two. I have magazines for days! They are my fave things to read! These are this months editions to my magazine rack: my usual dosage of Vogue India and new edition to my reading list, Elle Canada. With this issue I was pleasently surprised to find a J. Crew catalogue and a his-edition of Elle, Elle MAN (perfect for the Mr. who is coming to join me very soon!). I've had a flip through so far, but haven't had a chance to engulf myself completely as yet! If I find anything blog worthy I will surely post! 

three. Did I ever mention my love for books on this blog? NO. OOOOO MEEE GAAWWDD. BREATH SAF. BREATH. Okay. What was I saying? Ohhhh yeah! Books! These are the newest editions to my book shelf: Equal of the Sun by Anita Amirrezvani as well as And the Mountains Echoed by Khaled Hosseini. I can't wait to start reading! *Squeal*

four. Okay. Okay. I guess I have a valid reason for being away from this blog! I have a new found love for painting! I'm absolutely rubbish at it but I quite enjoy doing it as a past time and so I've been keeping busy with that while I put together a portfolio!

Also: I've added a Wishlist page and a Photography page to this blog, I'm desperately trying to be more innovative, can you tell? LOL.
