New Hair?

It's currently 12:07 AM as I write this. I've had such a busy weekend with minimal relaxation time. Yes, this is little me feeling sorry for myself. After all was taken care of I decided to take sometime to do what I love the most: catching up on blogs and Youtube! Yes, at 12:09 AM there is nothing I would love to be doing than this!

For the last little while, I've been becoming more and more irritated with my hair. It's long, unmanageable, and in dire need of a trim... I will be going in for a trim rather soon but I can no longer suppress my feelings of actually wanting a full out chop! Yes, I said it, CHOP! My last cut was early this year but it was nothing drastic, just a couple of inches off the length and some long layers - which I loved at the time and vowed that I would cut my hair the same way again.

Lately, however, I've been really into the mid-length shoulder hairstyles I've been seeing around on a few celebrities and bloggers. For example, Jessica Alba:

It's now 12:21 AM - I am watching the clock because I need to stop fooling around and get some shut eye. So, what were we talking about? Ah, yes, Jessica Alba! As you can see above she looks gracefully gorgeous with her perfectly chizzeled face and beautiful features, but aside from that, just look at her hair! Okay, so it's not anything we haven't seen before but honestly, I feel like it compliments her perfectly. She looks more feminine (if that's even possible) and more modern.

Heck, i'm okay with looking manly and outdated, just give me that hair! So there you go folks, my secrets out, i've been lusting over Jessica Alba's hair the last little while and i've been tempting myself to get it cut the same way... something I know I WILL regret because I'm one of those sentimental people who likes to hold on to things and "needs closure" in order to move on with their lives.

IT'S JUST HAIR. I KNOW DAMNIT! But I regret every hair cut i've ever had till date. Even my last one. Sighs. So there is my dilemma. The question still remains, should I go for new hair? 2013 is almost coming to an end, so it would be a nice start to the new year..... maybe I'll just keep it in the back of my mind for now (while my hair continues to grow past my knees). I'll put it off to January and see how I feel about it then.

Ahhh... the art of procrastination. I'm an expert at that one. What time is it? Currently, 33 minutes past twelve. I'd better get off and catch some zZz's, i've to be up again in 3 and a half hours. Goody.
