First Impressions: eShakti.com

I love online shopping, and I mean LOVE online shopping. If I can sit on my butt in my pj's in the comfort of my own home and shop till I drop? Then why the heck not?! Riggghhhhttt!? You don't have to worry about standing in line to pay, and another plus is you can shop 24/7 where ever you are! I'm also always on the hunt for new places to shop online (my favourite site right now is Asos), and when eShakti.com was brought to my attention, I was all ears! I chose this blue printed dress for no particular reason except I don't have anything like it and the pattern simply caught my eye. I'm pretty plain-jane, and I don't normally pick up items with massive prints or patterns, and I much prefer basics. I'm not sure what came over me, but something told me that this was THE dress and I needed it in my life! I liked the colour, pattern, style and length of the hemline (again hurray for modest dressing). I'm so glad I picked this out! It's more different than anything I currently own and since I chose to wear it for my birthday. I thought it would be hella appropriate for my 23rd - i'm growing up, time to "expand my horizons"! 

My first impression? Instant LOVE! The second I pulled it out of the box I was smiling from ear to ear. It was everything and more. First off, the packaging was neat and clean, this made me very happy. . The second thing I noticed was the weight and quality of the piece. It exceeded my expectations the more I looked at the lining and stitching and over all quality of the dress. If only you could feel it in your hands! The craftsmanship and detail on the dress is impeccable, I'm so glad the company didn't skimp out on the sewing portion of the piece, because that's what really makes it special. Another amazing thing is: the dress has POCKETS! Yes, you heard me right! Pockets! What more can a girl want?

My absolute favourite thing has to be that eShakti.com's clothing items are customisable! Hands down, THE coolest thing ever. I was afraid of the dress not fitting well, because let's be real we are not all one size and we have different body shapes. Since it's completely customisable, you add your own measurements, select whether or not you want sleeves, and even decide the length of the hemline and voila a perfect dress for you and your body type!

This was my first impression of my first eShakti.com product and so far i'm loving it! It's such a fun dress and I can't wait to wear it out!
