Today is Lord's Day.

Sunday. Sabbath. Day off. Rest day. Sabbath Day. Rest Day. Lord's Day. AKA last day of the weekend. 

Today means pampering, relaxing, lazying, enjoying, eating, reading, watching, seeing, experiencing, walking, capturing, smelling, and feeling. Think of specific things that you did today, that relate to those words. For example: reading a newspaper, relaxing on the deck, and enjoying the birds chirping. Got it? Here is what I did on Lord's Day: 

Got my Vitamin D in, along with some essentials: some fresh pineapple, my current read, a nail polish colour I wanted to rock, and my cellular device. The sun was beaming, and everything just seemed to look so pretty! Not to mention that it was nice and hot out there. 

I took one of my favourite quotes from the current book I am reading: Confessions of a Shopaholic, " Rule of life, ... If you bother to ask someone's advice, then bother to listen to it". I LOVE THAT!! It really struck a cord with me while reading, and I think a lot of people can relate to it too.

So overall, I had a pretty chilled out day, I didn't get as much accomplished as I had liked but there's always tomorrow!
