Long Overdue Update.

Hello. My name is Saf. *cough* Has it really been that long that I need to re-introduce myself? I know it's been a very long time since i've blogged properly. I hate to make excuses, but thing's happened. So here goes my (quick) long overdue update! Btw, i'm currently listening to this.

So you're the new boss? Uhm. Say what?! Cue deer-in-headlights-face NOW... I guess I am. After the other girl left, it's all me. Things seemed to have turned around so quickly that I hardly had time to catch my breath. I mean that literally. Long hours, 7 days a week, hardly any breaks but all in the best interests of the clinic and the patients. Things will start to calm down a little bit by the start of next month. Hopefully. 

Sister Sister. My little Mini's came to visit me this month and I enjoyed every minute of it. I wish they lived closer so I could see them more often. They are growing up too fast, I feel like i'm missing out ... at least while they were here we had so much fun! We did everything from Mani/Pedi's, Trick-or-treating, painting, visiting an aquarium, shopping, building-a-bear, a Harry Potter movie marathon and more! Details to follow in a separate post so stay tuned! 

First and last please. Yep. You heard read right. Saf got a new place in a new city! I've been waiting for the right time to move for the last year or so. It's finally time. It almost feels like a new beginning. This pretty much goes hand in hand with my first update, and is part of the reason why we chose this particular place. The last few days + my days off have consisted of purging, packing, and stacking. Pause and repeat. Not particularly interesting. 

Feeling stressed lately? I guess it really shows in your health when you your mind is not at ease. Recently found out I have all sorts of minor issues going on with my health which I have been neglecting a lot lately. Life in general has been boggling my mind, and i've seemed to take every problem, issue and worry of the entire world and put it all on myself which translated into being very dangerous for me. I know what I need to do, but haven't been following through. I've been making excuses and putting it off for reasons I can't even explain. I'm hoping that (due to the update above) things will change in the near future and I can take better care of myself! 

Four eyes! I know, that's an old saying but two people in my family ended up calling me that after I got my first pair of glasses. I'm officially a blind bat. I started noticing a change while driving, signs and street lights became difficult to see/ read, my eyes started to burn all the time and I started having some weird symptoms. Funny thing is, i've always wanted glasses, ever since I was young. So much so that I even faked an eye exam in the 3rd grade! LOL! I got me a pair of Tory Burch's (post coming soon) as my first pair, but it won't be my last!

Writer's block. All you fellow writers/ bloggers know all about this. I had major writer's block over the last few months to the point where i'd sit and stare at my laptop screen hoping the ideas would magically transfer into an amusing post. I have a drafts box FULL of posts the complete but nothing stuck my fancy. I hope to get back to regular posting ASAP. I miss blogging!! 

So there you have it. That's where i've been. That's what I have been up to. I was really looking forward to doing Blogmas this year, but as you can tell it's quite late already (would anyone still be interested in reading?!?) and I feel like it may be irrelevant?!
