Collective Beauty Haul

There's that word again, "collective". I seem to be doing that a lot lately. I'll buy a bunch of things, never use them (because they need to be photographed first), then when I think I should finally blog about them (this happens a gazillion times a day) I never do.

Then, when I can no longer function without shampoo or deoderant (okay, EW) i'm joking btw, I finally get the stash out and photograph away. Once that's done, you can expect them to sit on my memory card for another month or so before I get around to uploading and editing. By then the product will make it to one of my "collective empties" posts before it's even been introduced to your beautiful face. Yup, honestly, that is how I function. And honest to god, I have no explanation or rationale as to WHY I do that.

Anyhow, here is the same disclaimer I always seem to feed you guys: I have not purchased these products all at once BLAH BLAH BLAH. They have been bought over a period of BLAH BLAH months. I am not trying to (insert more BLAH BLAH's here) brag in anyway, etcetera, etcetera ... okay now that that's over with, let's get on to the fun stuff!

This SOHO Naturals 3 Piece Bamboo Beauty Organizer Set is EVERYTHING, The best thing about it is that there are three pieces that come apart, so you can easily separate them and organize your goodies anyway you prefer! I found this Downtown at Winners (Canada's equivalent of Marshalls/TJ Maxx if you are in the USA, and TK Maxx in the UK).

I have super sensitive skin, especially when it comes to hair removal. My skin becomes irritated, with lots of redness and full of bumps! I've tried other creams, lotions and cleansers but I wasn't having any luck. I stopped at my local department store for some everyday essentials and my eyes fell on this. The Profactor Skin Envy Nourishing Serum For The Face (also available for The Body) with Tamanu Oil & Vitamin E, is 30 ml's of goodness!
A collective haul with out a St. Ives product? Oh hell no! I've been looking for a new face mask, and was looking into buying the oh-so famous sheet masks that have been going around lately. My eyes somehow drifted right to the St. Ives collection of skin care items and onto this Timeless Skin Mineral Clay Firming Mask. I love all of the St. Ives products i've tried so far, and I have no doubt I will love this!
Okay, so I really didn't need these. Like really didn't. I have tons of unworn nail polish sitting around just waiting for me, but what can I say?! These shades just spoke to me! I'm a dark-nail polish-shade kinda girl (as you guys all know by now), so these were right up my alley. The first deep maroon almost-black  shade seen here is Plaza Plumberry and the second is Chinatown, both by N.Y.C. , I am super excited to try these out!
I first dabbled into Marcelle products back when I purchased the Nutrilux Lip Balm (featured in this post here) and since then, I have been interested in trying products from this brand. While out shopping for Sohs, birthday present I came across this Marcelle Pro-Sculpt Revival Day Care moisturizer and the Oil Free Eye Make-Up Remover Pads (see below), these two products were packaged together as a deal and I couldn't pass it up!
Okay, do you want to know to know something funny? Saf does NOT own a red lipstick! Zero, Zilch, Nada! I just don't like how red shades look on my skin tone, it's just a personal preference. But i've decided to give this N.Y.C Red Flame Lippie (it's much more red in person, I promise!) a try! It's a little bold for my liking but I am thinking of pairing with another lipstick shade or a gloss to soften it up a bit. I'll tell you how it goes!
Foot cream? Really Saf, foot cream? Yes, girl! For some reason, I have been experiencing pain in my heels (not muscle or bone pain, weirdly it's my skin that's bothering me), which makes it difficult to walk at times. I came across this Freeman Bare Foot Peppermint + Plum Heel and Calus Balm at my local department store and decided to give it a shot. I am so glad I did because it is the BALM DOT COM (LOL, see what I did there?!)! It smells amazing and really helps moisturize my heels, and I will say I haven't felt any irritation since!
Now you might be thinking: Saf, why the heck do ya need those? Well, I won't go into too much detail because that's none of yo' biz! I'm kidding, but these were an essential and this particular brand is very hard to find - no joke! Parissa has some amazing hair removal products, and these strips are the best!
This my friends, is a Spa Sister Pumice Stone. What the hell will Saf do with this? Exfoliate to hell and back! Pumice stones are amazing for that very reason. After the move, I seem to have misplaced mine, and it was high time I bought a new one! Pumice Stones are extremely inexpensive which is always a bonus and we all know I like a good bargain!
Another St. Ives product I picked up is the Smooth & Nourishes Oatmeal Scrub & Mask since I finished my Even & Bright Pink Lemon Scrub (to be featured in my empties post so stay tuned!). I'm always interested in trying new St. Ives product, so when I came across this Oatmeal scrub, you can imagine my excitement! I have already started using this product, so I can safely say that I really enjoy using it, but a full review will be up soon!
This Garnier Skin Naturals Fresh Foaming Cleansing Gel is a exactly what I was looking for! I was on the hunt for a light everyday face wash that is gentle on the skin and when I came across this Garnier one, I couldn't be more excited! I have started using this already, and so far so good!
Phew that was a long one! I realize that it was picture heavy, but I hope you enjoyed this haul nonetheless! Let me know what kinds of posts you like to see on this blog in the comment section below!
